Camp H.O.P.E. supports Primary 6 Woodgrovians as they enter an important year of growth and transition. The programme combines effective learning strategies, self-management, social-emotional learning, collaborative challenges and positive relationships to help students approach the year with confidence and purpose.

Through problem-solving and digital learning activities, Physical Education challenges and structured reflection, students learn to manage effort and time, persevere when learning becomes demanding and draw strength from the support around them. Personalised encouragement from Form Teachers reinforces the message that each Woodgrovian is known, supported and capable of progressing towards his or her aspirations. Follow-up experiences later in the year sustain motivation, growth mindset and readiness for the transition beyond primary school.
