Building Level Identity, Belonging and Voice
A strong sense of belonging provides the foundation for Woodgrovians to care about and contribute to their school community. Through Start Right experiences, level mascots and cheers, class and level challenges, celebrations and student voice opportunities, students build positive relationships and a shared identity as Woodgrovians.
These experiences also create age-appropriate opportunities for students to take responsibility, exercise voice and influence others positively. As they progress through the levels, Woodgrovians move from participating and belonging to contributing, organising and leading within their class, level and wider school community.
