We invite you and your child/ward to attend the P1 Orientation Administrative Briefing Session on Friday 21 November 2025, 8 a.m. There will be a school briefing for parents/guardians and familiarisation activities for your child/ward.

P1 2026 Check-In Survey for Parents

Invitation to onboard Parents Gateway
Developed by the Ministry of Education (MOE) and GovTech, Parents Gateway (PG) is a one-stop portal that strengthens school-home partnership to support your child/ward in his/her education journey.

The app enables you to receive information from the school and MOE, and to perform a range of administrative functions such as giving consent for school activities, and declaring travel plans.

PG is made available to you before the start of your child’s/ward’s P1 year. Through PG, we will share resources on how you can support and prepare your child/ward for this transition, as well as provide you with important administrative information and announcements on P1 Orientation. Please download the PG app on your mobile phone (available on Google Play, Apple App Store and Huawei AppGallery) from this link. Upon successful download, the app will guide you through a simple one-time onboarding process. You may also refer to PG Mobile App User Guide for the step-by-step guide.

If you have successfully onboarded Parents Gateway previously, and are receiving notifications via the app, you need not undergo the onboarding process or download the app again. Please note that parents, legal guardians and authorised caregivers will have continued access to the app, as long as your child/ward is studying in an MOE school (P1 – JC2).

Administrative Matters

Student Details Form (SDF) Portal

This is compulsory.

To provide educational services for your child/ward in our schools, MOE would need to collect necessary information about you and your child/ward.

Please submit the information through the online Student Details Form (SDF) portal from 10 am, 1 December 2025. The portal can be accessed via the URL below, the Services page on Parents Gateway (PG) mobile app or QR code. Either parent can login to submit the required particulars. Please complete the submission by 31 Dec 2025.

School Fees and School Charges

Many parents/guardians have enjoyed the hassle-free and convenient payment arrangement for their child’s school fees and school charges. We would like to invite you to join the GIRO scheme too!

Parents/Guardians may submit their GIRO and Edusave Standing Order applications for their P1 child for payment of school fees and charges through the link below:

Application for Financial assistance

Singapore Citizens in financial need can get assistance from MOE on school fees and other expenses.

School-based Student Care Centre (SCC)	Commit Learning SchoolHouse Parents/Guardians who are interested to apply for the school-based SCC for their child/ward may submit their application through the QR code or the URL as follows: https://go.gov.sg/wgps-scc Application for the school-based SCC will close on Monday 10 November 2025. Parents/Guardians will be notified of their application outcome via PG by 17 November 2025. Please note that there are limited places at the SCC. Priority will be given to families with higher needs.
